I am 170 cms tall and I weigh 90kgs. I have a disc prolapse and have been abstaining from heavy workout. Can u help me plan my diet and exercise to reduce my weight by 20 kgs at least?

Hello, Choose a Low-Carb Diet. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch, eat When hungry. Don't be hungry. Eat nutritious food items , Eat only when hungry. Measure Your Progress, Be Persistent.Better to avoid ice creams , juices , chocolates . Have chapatis , fibre containing vegetables, . Don't lift the weight even by mistake, any stretching exercise would aggrevate your symptoms, so better to walk for a mile.
