Calcium deficiency can lead to loss of muscle movement, nervous disorders, convulsions, loss of appetite, lethargies too. Calcium is therefore very much important in our daily diet. Try to raise calicum level from diet itself. Contact us through this app so that we can help you in customising calcium rich diets. Till then I can share calcium rich foods with you. try including yhese in your diets such as : Soy, almonds, oranges, spinach & other green leafy vegetables, sesame seeds, celery , broccolu, cabbage turnip, beans, berries, milk& milk products, eggs, chicken, olives, dates , raisins, pineapple, litchi etc.. Also consume vit D sources too as it helps in absorbing calicum. Regards, Godiets
