Calcium level declined badly
I'm a student. I'm 20 years old. There was an meniscus teared in my knee due to which my knee surgery occurs 3 years ago. And from then till now my calcium levels keep decreasing now it declined badly. My diet is average but my weight doesn't increase. Will you please advise me something to recover from this.

You can add milk and dairy products. If you take non veg add egg and chicken to your diet. Better will be get your heat level checked and take things as per your specific requirement.
