I'm a student. I'm 20 years old. There was an meniscus teared in my knee due to which my knee surgery occurs 3 years ago.
And from then till now my calcium levels keep decreasing now it declined badly. My diet is average but my weight doesn't increase.
Will you please advise me something to recover from this.

please take calcium rich foods through diet like milk and milk products, nuts, seeds, dry fruits, eggs, sea fish, chicken etc for dietary sources of calcium..
