I had gained excess weight during
pregnancy. I practise yoga to pull down, but there is no change in my thighs. My thighs are growing bigger and bigger. Can someone help

You need to reduce 26 KGS that too fat not muscle along with that take care of nutrition because u have small baby. You need proper healthy diet for weight loss and nutrition balance. Write me on personal chat for counseling
