Weight loss vs knee pain
Male 31. I have problems of chondromalacia patellae and high uric acid. I have stopped workout completely due to above two problems. Bug now my weight is increasing. What should I do to reduce the body fat?

Weight gain happens either due to addition of extra calories or due to failure to spend calories consumed...these extra calories deposited in our body as fat..for weight reduction you have to consume less calories and spend more...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day....there are some dietary restrictions in high uric acid levels patients...one should avoid All organ meats (such as liver), meat extracts and gravy...Yeasts, and yeast extracts like alcohol,Asparagus, spinach, beans, peas, lentils, oatmeal, cauliflower and mushrooms...You can take Refined cereals - breads, pasta, flour, tapioca, cakes Milk and milk products, eggs Lettuce, tomatoes, green vegetables, Cream soups without meat stock, Water, fruit juice, carbonated drinks, Peanut butter, fruits and nuts Keep well hydrated, drinking 2 to 3 liters of water per day, unless you were told otherwise.... Take all of your medications for hyperuricemia as directed..Consult your doctor they will do the needful.
