Hello. You take five phos - 4 tabs thrice daily. Alpha malt forte syrup two spoon twice daily in full glass of milk. Eat healthy nutritious food like fruits, cereals, milk, egg. Don't stress at all. Drink plenty of water also. Do pranayam regularly.

High Proteins Along With Calories- Only calories won’t add to your body weight,include the right amount of proteins to your diet.
