Respected Sir or mam im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad just come india on my vicattion I'm 6 feet tall guy my weight is 100 kg want to reduce my weight  no any intake of a sugar And any sweets and tea Sir, im a very hard-working guy. I take lots of care of my carb intake, mostly in breakfast. I prefer to take oats with milk and dabur honey 🍯 with garnishing 5 almonds and 5 kismis  and apple and pomegranate on the top. I prefer to keep in my oats . After my breakfast I like to take green tea And in lunch, I take 1 small cup of india gate basmati brown rice with 3 chapati and all boil vegetables and salad In the evening, I do running 30 min continuously and then go it for mine post exercise and gyming. I do continuesly have a 1-hour workout only of losing weight and some cardio to And than In diner I take 3 chapati and boil vegetables That it plz guide me for that what is a good time to have greentea and how much intake I can take a tea

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
