I am 28 yrs male and my weight is 86 kg.I want to loose my weight.I am doing gym and also taking green tea and lemon for weight loss. Some people suggest that green coffee is better than green tea for weight loss .kindly advise

Only green coffee and green tea is not helpful for weight loss. Take proper diet Consultation and do regular exercises and walking. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's processed foods. Drink water 16glasses daily.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi Both green Coffee and green tea contain different amounts of caffeine with antioxidants, they have some great health benefits. They are both safe and healthy. If you prefer tea, then you should continue drinking it. If you prefer coffee, then also you continue drinking it.
