Weight loss plateau
How do I overcome weight loss plateau? I lost 9 kg but now my weight is stuck and despite of whatever I do, it just refuses to budge.

Hi start making changes in your diet and workout routein. I have been consulting many patients with plateau and noticed that they eat same ka no of diet for long time to lose weight. What you need to do is eat variety of food eat proper protein in every meals. Increase intensity of your workout etc. I

Hello....... one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle  change  . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti...  Avoid  junk food, oily food items..  Exercise  regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least  seven  to eight  hours..  Medically  BMW more than 30 is considered  obesity.. One should plan to loose around 1kg per month ,rapid weight loss adversely affect your health,..
