My wt is 68.i tried gym diet bt no result now dnt hv time fr gym.my job is sitting.specially want to reduce belly.my fat in body is 29 as per BMI.SO pz help n advice me

Hi 17 KGS of wieght loss u require.I can help with 4-5 KGSweight loss in month..belly fat also need to be reduce can help u with that also.

Hello.... 29 BMI comes under preobesity ,you must reduce weight, ..one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle change . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least seven to eight hours.. Medically BMW more than 30 is considered obesity.. You should plan to loose around 1kg per month ,rapid weight loss adversely affect your health
