I am trying to loose weight but after certain weight loss my weight seems to be conatant now, iam following healthy diwt cutting off all the fast food,fried food and others .Also, my weight is more when compared to my appearance.I have problem qith mh cycles in case of more weight pls help wat to do for losing weight

Just start with a simple change . Drink water before you feel thirsty. Have small portions of healthy homemade food n more of fruits n vegetables . Do some physical exercises or yoga . BE NUTRIGENIOUS n LIVE NUTRIWISE . Consult personally for proper guidance

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

If the weight has become constant you need to start changing your diet plan and increase your exercise intensity as your weight has reached a plateau and now you need to put in more extra efforts in your diet as well as in exercise routine.
