I am suffering from SLE. My weight is 74 kg. My doctor told me to reduce at least 5 kg. Want to know about diet to reduce weight. I have osteoarthritis.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
