Iam gaining my weight day by day ...before two years my weight is 43-45 At present my weight is 64 trying to loose weight but unable to loose it I have migrain problem and some teeth issues I am using medications for that ...

Please tell which medications are being used. If you are using homeopathic/ayurvedic medicines( which are not from reliable practitioner) it may contain steroids which cause weight gain. If you are gaining weight, with normal diet and balanced physical activity,  menstrual history for PCOD should be checked.

Sedentary or active 2.any history of thyroid disorders 3.any poly cystic ovary disease? 4.Are your periods regular? 5.what kind of foods do you eat 6.how much is your hemoglobin? 7.what medications you are using for migraine 8.any use of steroids for any problem .? 9.family history of obesity? 10.are you suffering from depression and over eating?
