I Weigh 78 kg and my height is 5"6 I am 26 years old and suffering from PCOD. As I am getting married in November so I want to loose some weight to look good. PLS suggest me diet plan. I often feel hungry.

Eat small frequent meal with in a gap of 2 hrs. Avoid sugar, rice,bread and biscuits and any packed products. Eat egg whites, pineapple, paneer, rajmah, black chana, oats, jowar. Do walk for 25 mins atleast 100 steps in a min. Drink 3 ltrs of water.
