I've been losing weight lately,what could be the problem,I'm very concerned,please i don't want to lose weight,I just had started to gain weight

Eat healthy fats as more of dryfruits ghee butter etc . Take starchy vegetables as potatoes sweet potatoes etc . Enjoy being healthy . Stress less drink more and do exercise . Focus on gaining muscle mass not fat . Still need guidance consult personally
