I'm female 20 years old 5'4 and 195 pounds. I've been weight training and cardio training and have a active life style but i can seem to loss weight, I've tried for 2 years now but only loss a total of 15 pounds. Could you give me advice on maybe a better way or some tips to help me loss the weight faster
