I m a housewife longing to reduce weight. I have lost 5 kg,but still want to lose 20 kg weight. I m taking green coffee beans from last 1 and a half month. How many more days should continue taking it?

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, Without a proper prescription and without discussing with a Dietician you should not be taking any supplements which will help you lose weight. If you've lost weight just using coffee beans and no proper exercise along with diet then this isn't healthy weight loss.
