Weight loss
I have been on dieting and gyming for past 5 months but the weight is not reducing. There is minor difference in size but no major change. Please help me

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Our body comprises of 2 types of fats. Soft fats break easily and lead to weight loss in the beginning but for hard fats, training is required. Most probably you are stuck in a weight plateau where your diet regime needs to be worked on to break the plateau and help weight loss.
Next Steps
Reduce your cereal intake to some extent for some days and increase your proteins. have only salads for dinner for a week, to break the plateau. once the plateau breaks you can again eat balanced diet.
