I have been doing power yoga since 2 months 4 to 5 days a week...but my weight remains the same 81 -82 kg...I drink min 3 ltrs of water in a day and early morning I start with lemon n honey in luke warm water...I have pcod...regular on medicines.. Folic acid, glycomet, abcod obis sachets (twice a day)..

mam pl. try the best options like Well balanced low calorie diet plan like low plain rice, no fast foods, spices, oils very low & even some foods totally restricted. for pcos u need to consult gynea doc. u r just going on yoga but I advice to start free styles, free hand exercises, aerobic, lot if dynamic activities throughout your reguy work habits. water,lemon etc having any direct broken therapies but may be helpful.
