You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you .

Ok then follow a planned diet and exercises. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts in all ur meals. Avoid rice and incorporate millets. Avoid intake of nonveg,fastfoods,bakeryfoods,spicy oilyfoods. Intake almonds,walnuts,raisins,figs . Include,till,tilloil in ur dishes. Drink enough water,buttermilk. Sleep leisurely for atleast 6 hrs at night. Walk,exercise,yoga for two hrs everyday.
