To achieve weight loss you will need to follow a healthy, low calorie diet and exercise routine regularly.  Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Eat more fruits and salads. Take 2 to 3 cups of green tea daily. Exercise for about 45 mins to an hour daily. To reduce the double chin you can do facial exercises
