Firstly you have to give 4 or 5 meals a day.Avoid feeding 2 hourly or giving liquids snacks or chocolate in between meals.See that you include
Leafy vegetables fruits regularly. Also protein intake should be increased.AVOID forced feeding or nagging or running behind the child for food.Appetizers are going to help you for short time but will not resolve the situation

You have not mentioned weight and height . So I’m presuming it is below the expected weight and height for that age. Decreased hunger can be due to over feeding , constant nagging by care giver, constipation , and due to boredom because of decreased variety of food made at home.
