Hi
Any thyroid disorder is metabolic in nature. Therefore the diet you need to take is based on some trial and error. As a basic stereotype have good amounts of fibre in your diet along with good fats like omega 3. For omega 3 you can choose foods like walnuts and flax seeds. If you are non vegetarian than fish is the best option.
Your workout needs to be in resistance and weight training. This will help you give your body shape and cut out the bad fats. The idea is remove fat and not the muscle so try and have a 1gm of protein per kg of your ideal weight. So if your ideal weight is 60 kgs you need atleast 60 GMs of protein per day. Try not to take milk as a protein source. It contains several hormones which make your skin slightly flabby. Cut down on cow milk and try and have soy milk as a substitute. It has complete proteins.
If you could give me more details I can be more specific.
