Hi welcome - I do advice you to go for low calorie diet meals like 50/GM rice or 3 PCs chapati max with dak soup, more vegetables, fruits, no out side junk or fast foods, no fried foods ,or Hugh calorie dish like Biriyani etc. Sleep 7 hrs More dynamic work must. Surya namaskar helpful. Exercises more on body poses upper limb parts.

Hello..one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle change . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least seven to eight hours.. Medically BMW more than 30 is considered obesity.. One should plan to loose around 1kg per month ,rapid weight loss adversely affect your health
