Hi For PCOS the important is lose weight and keep your BMI high to help your self lead better and healthy life. U can eat small frequent meals . Add 4 servings off fruits and vegetables in your diet . Go for detox drinks. Some times 1's a week go for very low carb diet. Have a mutigrain flour . Including protein in a deit.
