Weight loss and Muscle loss
I was in bed rest for about 20 days with a viral infection(also reflux), and I lost about 6-8kgs. Since then my weight is stable but I've lost muscles alot. Pain/strain in hip, hamstrings, knees and ankle when I stand for a while. What should I do? Is it a major concern? How to improve my condition? - No similar medical history with me, I'm working-desk job, no similar hereditary issues. 176cms and 58kgs now(was 66 earlier). Started having more fruits, meat, eggs, milk to recover. Please help.
