I have left shoulder pain radiates to neck, left arm, butt, calf, heel and also weight loss from 88kg to 79kg within 2months

• Gentle Shoulder Stretching. • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Gentle Neck Exercises. • Avoid sleeping on affected side. • Warm up and cool down is a must.
