Weight loss and hair fall
Hello Dr, Its been 4months to my delivery. Previously my hair were in very good condition. Not even single hair fell. But since 10days my hair fall started and that is uncountable fall of hair is happening.
Also, while I was pregnant my weight reached to 64kgs. Now after 4months of delivery it is 56kgs. Though I am not taking any fast food etc then also my weight is not getting controlled.
Can you please let me know how can my hair fall problem get resolved and my weight control issue?

Now you have to focus on baby's health & development which is depends upon your healthy diet. After finishing breast feeding you can try to loose your weight.
