Hi welcome - Its happens normally all Indian mothers since 6-1 years after child birth just to more fat for hormonal reasons, sedentary lifestyles, more fluids, water, & need for milk productions. so no worry rather carry on, but you should start controlling excess carbs, no junk, fast, no trans, saturated foods, cream rich foods, further as a lactating mother you need 2400kcal/day Diet Plan which you can get an expert Dietitian in your city or online by some how.
Dnt think about calories cut down. Just take healthy meal to recover your body. Do some minor modifications like eat high fibre fruits ,vegs, whole grains. Drink excess of water but no lemonade, curd. Do light wrk. Maintsin your diet after 6 month especially for weight loss
I can understand your concern. as its just been 2 months, i cannot say you have to restrict your diet. you need to have more calories because you are feeding your baby.
breastfeeding is a great way to lose weight.
you i would advise you to continue breastfeeding as long as you can.
after 6 months of delivery you can think of following a weight loss diet.
