Hi welcome - Its happens normally all Indian mothers since 6-1 years after child birth just to more fat for hormonal reasons, sedentary lifestyles, more fluids, water, & need for milk productions. so no worry rather carry on, but you should start controlling excess carbs, no junk, fast, no trans, saturated foods, cream rich foods, further as a lactating mother you need 2400kcal/day Diet Plan which you can get an expert Dietitian in your city or online by some how.

Hello There. I can understand your concern. as its just been 2 months, i cannot say you have to restrict your diet. you need to have more calories because you are feeding your baby. breastfeeding is a great way to lose weight. you i would advise you to continue breastfeeding as long as you can. after 6 months of delivery you can think of following a weight loss diet. Best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
