What is the right tym to start exercise after 3 months of delivery and what type of exercise should i start?

Hello...,if you had caesarian section wait until the scar heals .. If you had normal delivery you should do keigal exercise for first 1-2 months to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.... You can start now .. Don't jump to heavy exercise ,start form the beginning .. Gradually increase it.....
