Weight losing
I am 29 years old , height - 182 cm and weighing 105 kgs . Need to reduce around 14 kgs in 2.5 month like 75 odd days . What the diet to follow , how much running I have to do ? Is it possible in such short period of time or not ?

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi ideally you should target 1/2-1 kg weight loss per week. Generally 14kg target can be achieved in 4-7months by following healthy balanced diet. There are many of my clients who lost 14kg in around 3 months but I believe you should concentrate on eating healthy and leave rest to your body to response in terms of weight loss and inch loss.
