Hello doctor I am suffering from over weight.. My age is 22, height is 5.2 and weight is 70 I am doing yoga from last month and eating home made healthy food but problem is am not losing single kg Also I am suffering hypothyroidism.

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.
