Weight issues
Doctor I have thyroid issue and as prescribed by the doctor I'm on thyronorm 100mg every morning empty stomach. I believe my weight keeps fluctuating and mostly in on the higher side and I also have an issue of excessive sweating. How do I approach these issues and also I wanted to know is it impossible for a thyroid patient to loose weight ? What should I consume or avoid in this case to maintain my weight if not loose it.
