In 2014 i loss 18 KG in just 2 months
But now i just lose 2 kgs in a month
weight =125 kg
height = 178 cm
age = 34
No drink No smoking sleeping well drinking more water
but still not losing?

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
