If you are not ready to lose weight, at least do consider shifting to healthier food habits. Include a simple exercise plan and you can prevent further weight gain. Including green tea alone cannot help in weight reduction. You will need to change your food habits as well to lose weight.
Hi, green coffee extracts contains a substance called Chlorogenic Acid, which is believed to be responsible for the weight loss effects. Green coffee beans are basically just unroasted coffee beans. Some human studies suggest that it can reduce the absorption of carbohydrates from the digestive tract, which lowers blood sugar and insulin spikes. Other than this it has some side effects too. Before taking please go through required doses for a day. Its consumption can even cause calcium and magnesium depletion.
