Hi
Exercises and daily workouts are essential, well balanced diet containing complex carbohydrates, high biological value proteins, high fiber...healthy fats, dals, seasonal fruits and vegetables, leafy vegetables, milk and milk products, nuts like almonds and walnuts pista badam...
Don't sit or sleep immediately after any meals..and do some light walking after any meal, and doing crunches for stomach and abdominal fat ( also known as Visceral fat/ stubborn fat that doesn't get burnt easily) is a way to balance the weight proportions of the body..
More water per day, exposure to sun, daily moderate exercises both morning and evening..no to sitting much..and well balanced diet ard key..
