Weight gain
Whenever I gain wait I only gain in my chest & stomach region whereas my limbs(arms & legs) remain really skin. What maybe the reasons & what to do gain weight proportionally?

Hi Exercises and daily workouts are essential, well balanced diet containing complex carbohydrates, high biological value proteins, high fiber...healthy fats, dals, seasonal fruits and vegetables, leafy vegetables, milk and milk products, nuts like almonds and walnuts pista badam... Don't sit or sleep immediately after any meals..and do some light walking after any meal, and doing crunches for stomach and abdominal fat ( also known as Visceral fat/ stubborn fat that doesn't get burnt easily)  is a way to balance the weight proportions of the body.. More water per day, exposure to sun, daily moderate exercises both morning and evening..no to sitting much..and well balanced diet ard key.. You need to add exercise to your routine. Viseral fat is the first thing to start deposit and last thing to reduce you have to manage diet more of proteins healthy fats and less of trans fats and sugar to manage good weight gain. Manage exercise like planks pushups weight training to have healthy muscle strength.
