Weight gain TSH raised
Dear sir, my Ft3 ft4 within normal range but my tsh level is 7.6 with generalised body ache weight gain Hb 10g Excessive sweating Hot extreamities weight 65kg with 5.4 hight Kindly give your expert advice regarding my treatmet, should i start medication ?? Or manage by diet and excercise ?? I will be very thankful

First of all your TSH is high. Get Anti TPO Test done to confirm if it is Autoimmune Hypothyroidsm . If indeed it is , than you will have to start medicine. Diet and exercise doesn't help much in thyroid unfortunately. Follow with the reports. All the best
