Iam doing regular exercise I checked my BMI it shows my body weight is lean compared to my height. Hence I like to put some weight so iam doing regular weight gaining diet plan My question is if I do regular exercise means my body weight increases or not???🤔🤔

Exercises don help to gain weight . Instead you focus on what you eat . There can be chances that genetically dome people are lean despite eating any amount of food. Consult any doctor directly

The energy input should be more then output. And gradually you will put on weight. And think less and be lazy. All the best.
