Weight Gain problem
Hello Doctors, Me and my husband is facing for weight gain problm, my height is 5'7 weight is 69,and my husband height is 6 and and weight is 96 can you please suggest some solution or proper diet for weight loss as we are working so becz of our daily schedule we are unable to workout, does morning walk or Jogging can help it ?? Please suggest as earliest as possible Thanks

Go for jog daily. Keep your dinner wheat flake or oats with fruits n milk. Avoid salt intake after 7pm for few days . Eat lots of green vegetable n salads , avoid juices fresh or canned. Eat whole fruit always except banana mango kiwi kinnoo grapes.

Yes morning walking for minimum one hour or jogging for 40 mins will definately help you with diet follow up.your needs to do weight loss of atleast 10 kgs and this can be done by eating more of high proteins food like soyabean , paneer , lentils or chana ,almonds etc and intake of high calorie foods like sweets ,burgers,pizza pasta,oily and junk foods ,aerated waters ,creams and polished maida foods to be strictly avoided.he can have complex carbs like oats or musseli and jowar wil b helpful as high fibre to reduce weight faster.even  you can follow this diet with your weight loss with suryanamaskar for good inchloss .carry fruits n chana n salad when you go for work .
