Weight gain
Previously i was around 38 kgs and my appetite was really good it was just i was never put on within 5 months i have lost a lot like i am around 34 kgs now and i have really decreased appetite my height is 5ft 1". i easily feel tired also. i really want to put on.suggest me something on this as i have made all the tests like thyroid all are normal

Hi,  Since all your reports are normal and still you are not gaining weight then now you need to focus more on diet and lil bit of exercises. Foods that you select should be healthy Avoid unhealthy snacks or don't depend on outside food for weight gain. Include a high protien diet such as combination of dal and rice, besan snacks , dhokla If non vegetarian try taking chicken, fish or egg whites Consume more of milk and milk products.
