A nutritionally balanced diet will be helpful in gaining weight and improving health. There is not standard diet that fits all. Hence a personal consultation is important to understand your body type, health status, dietary habits, medical history, etc. before prescribing a diet.
Next Steps
Book consultation through Practo for detailed advice.
Health Tips
Start inclusion of milk, curd, eggs, walnuts and almonds.
