Hello, You should consume calorie rich diet like whole grain cereals ,dals ,legumes,vegetables like potato, sweet potato, yam,fruits like banana,Apple,papaya, whole milk,cream paneer, butter,nuts. Meal should be small and frequent. Don't skip any meal .Do regular exercise Yoga. Thanks

It is very good to have exercise along with diet to gain healthy weight. You have given a right start . First thing you should do is to note down your daily food pattern , calculate the calories and then try to add 500 cal more by choosing healthy high calorie food items and spread it to 6 meals . Drink lots of water. Start a good protein drink to support your workout regimen.
