My weight is 70kg now n it's increasing gradually over the period of time. Is green coffee effective in reducing the weight? Is it safe? If so, which one is best n reasonable? At what time should it be consumed for faster n better results?

There is no shortcut to weight loss. Hence start a proper food plan with adequate exercise to improve metabolic functions..In order to lose effectively.
Green coffee bean extract alone will not help you lose weight.Had it been the case, nobody would have been obese.So do not fall prey to such things . It is harmless but do not guarantee weight loss.
