My weight has been steadily but dramatically increasing over the past few months. If anything I’ve been eating healthier and exercising more over this time provement (although seeing no change). My weight was 60 but is now 67. What might be happening and is there somewhere I can go to get help

You need to focus on what is correct for your body type it's not all healthy stuff help you to reduce. You need concentrate on the basic requirements of body how much fibre, protein, fat n carbohydrates you need . You need more tailored diet. For reducing weight, food plays important role. You need to avoid all packed and processed foods (foods purchased in ready to eat form). Have 50% of your food intake in the form of fruits, veggies, sprouts, nuts & seeds. You will lose your weight gradually.
