Hello User Need more information for advising you but you can include high protein diet in your diet and yes do exercise also. As you said you are 18 years you didn't get any weight increase in last 2 years so there are many reason. Before giving any consultation I want to know your dietary habbit like you are vegetarian non vegetarian and eggetarian

for gaining weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk  early morning and evening which increase your metabolism. Don't keep your breakfast which increase your appetite. And high calorie and rich protein in your diet. Add good fat and nuts in your diet.
