Is accumass a good option for gaining weight? I don't have a good appetite so not gaining weight. Please suggest.

Don't use short cut way for gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Don’t take any mass gainer instead you can maintain your healthy routine. Do exercise on regular basis . Drink at least 4 litres water in day. Include energy dense food in your diet like egg, meat , fish, dairy products, dry fruits and nuts. Maintain meal gap have small and frequent meal. Do your body analysis and get better results.
