Hi..I am suffering from IBS.
It started from 2016 Initial 2 years i was having constipation. Then few months back my bowel habbit changed and i got loose stools. But though i had loose stools i felt that urge of stomach not getting empty.
But again few days back I had severe dairreha for almost 3 weeks..which is in control now.
But still I have loose stools some days and again it become normal.
When my stool comes out normal ..that is also not normal exactly what happens is i go 2 or 3 times a day. So first time if my stool is normal still after eating or working again i feel like going and i get loose stools again.
I am tired of this. I am unable to gain weight coz of this. Can I try aswagandha churna to gain weight. Will it again trigger my IBS. I really want to gain weight please help. Whatever I eat comes out without getting absorbed.
