To improve your fitness and gain lean body weight you need to follow a structured diet plan and exercise program customised to suit your lifestyle likes dislikes and health goals. You can follow a high protein diet. Include Curd , Paneer, Dal , Pulses, egg whites, chicke,  fish in your diet. Also eat sufficient fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and  dry fruits.
