I've been trying since long time to gain weight but it always in between 55-56 kg since 3 years.

Height: 175 cm
Weight: 55 kg
Age: 22
I am also going to GYM also,eating a lot but it's also not helping me.
So please give me some remedies for that.

How long you are having this weight or since childhood you're underweight side, uour parental and sibling means family history of underweight or any other ailments please share.
You need to focus on exercises as well as pre amd post exercise foof as well as whole day high protein diet plan.
