I've been having problems with my weight for a long time now. I eat food that's three meals a day including snacks in between but I don't seem to be gaining weight. It's becoming an insecurity for me cause people point it out. I weight 52 kg that's cause of my bones but i want to become a little bit bigger is there medicine or foods that help with weight gain

I will suggest you to not go with the medicine part.Nature gives us food to nourish Have Protein based meals into your diet like you can have Protein powders not the market one but the one that can be prepared fresh at home by combining Roasted makana,flaxseeds,Chironji,Roasted Chana ,cashewnuts,almonds.For the bf have plant based smoothies.

Definitely you can gain weight by adopting right lifestyle modifications alongwith the healthy Dietary changes. Keep the stress at bay. Have atleast 3-4 lit of water everyday. Maintain sleep cycle of atleast 6-8 hrs. Time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
Limit all processed, preserved, packaged and outside food completely. Take home cooked healthy meals.
